How To Use Zoho Inventory

Do you want to learn about how to use Zoho Inventory? This video will give you a basic introduction. Zoho Inventory is an online inventory management software that is perfect for small to medium sized businesses. 

When you log in to Zoho Inventory, you will be taken to the dashboard. In the dashboard, you can see sales activity, inventory summary, product details, top selling items, purchase order, sales order, and sales order summary. 

On the left hand side of your screen, you can access items. When you click on it, you will see that it’s broken down into item groups, items, and inventory adjustments. 

You’re able to add customers, sales orders, packages, invoices, payments received, and returns. When you click on returns, you can navigate to sales returns and credit notes. 

You’re also able to see vendors, purchase orders, bills, payments made, integrations, reports, and documents. 

At the top left, there is a quick create feature. When you click on it, you’ll see that it’s broken down into general, sales, and purchases. Underneath general, you’re able to add users, items, and inventory adjustments. Underneath sales, you’re able to create customers, invoices, sales orders, packages, and customer payments. Underneath purchases, you’re able to add vendors, bills, purchase orders, and vendor payments. 

Beside the quick create button is recent activities, and when you click on it, you’re able to see activities that you’ve taken in Zoho Inventory

On the top right, there is a refer and earn button. If you know anyone who would like to use Zoho Inventory, you can refer them and earn 15 percent of the subscription payment as Zoho wallet credits. 

Beside the refer and earn, there is a notification button, and when you click on it, you can see notifications and announcements. 

Zoho Inventory Settings 

The gear icon will show you settings. You’re able to search for different settings. It’s broken down into

  • organization profile
  • users and roles
  • warehouses
  • preferences
  • currencies
  • taxes
  • reporting tags
  • templates
  • emails
  • automation
  • online payments
  • integrations
  • web tabs
  • data backup
  • and subscription. 

Beside the settings icon is the help and support feature. When you click on it, you will have access to help documents, FAQ, migration guide, product tour, keyboard shortcuts, and forums. 

If you need further assistance, you can chat with their experts, send an email, request a new feature, or register for a webinar. There are also video tutorials as well, and you can view more videos.
